• Before Top Hat Rollaway, the building was Groise Bros. Garage, Stearns Car Co. (1916), Skilling's Garage & Tire Station. (1920), Seyffer Motors (1952) & Yoerg's Auto Body (1955).
• In 1967, after the Top Hat Rollaway, it became a garage for Ed Nacke Chevrolet.[5]

• Next door was the recently closed Bowl-O-Drome and later, Fun Time Lanes.

NOTE: Before the Top Hat Rollaway on Elm Steet, there was a Top Hat Hall (Formerly "The Arcadia") located on 261 Appleton St., 2nd floor, Holyoke. It had bingo, dancing and roller skating.

Lanes were only on 2nd floor as 1st floor had closed.
